Create each store’s zones, generate ranges, or copy another store’s structure. Each zone has one person responsible for counting at a time.
Count with a phone or PDA
Scan with the camera or a compatible reader that sends codes as keyboard input. You can also enter quantities manually and continue offline once the zone is open.
Monitor progress
The live console shows zone status and count progress. Authorized supervisors can release a zone or take over another team member’s work.
Review variances
Compare counted quantities with book stock imported from CSV. Assign unknown barcodes to a SKU, review variances, and request recounts when needed.
Export for your adjustment process
Finish the review and download variances as CSV. Your team decides how to apply adjustments in the inventory system; Plexo does not write to your ERP.
